A. At this time, all sales are final.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Due to the current cost of tarrifs, international shipping is on hold.
Q. Tracking shows my order has been lost, is there anything you can do?
A. If tracking states clearly that the carrier has damaged, discarded, or lost your package, I will do what I can to either replace the items or issue a refund.
Q. My item broke during transit, now what?
A. If the item cannot be easily repaired on your end, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will discuss our options.
